I recently upgraded to a 2.0 Aluminum MacBook with Leopard 10.5.5. Obviously I had to install Civ 3 Complete.

Then locate the Civilization III: Complete preferences file named 'com.aspyr.civ3conquests.plist' located in Home/Library/Preferences and the 'Civilization III Complete' folder located in Home/Library/Application Support and drag both of these to the trash. -Then reinstall the game into your 'Applications' folder.
