Plone 2.0 Rc3 Installer For Mac
Some questions I have are. 1) What is the filesystem hierarchy standard for a Plone installation, if there is one? I've used the following setup, which is somewhat simplified compared to previous Mac OS X Plone installers. - Plone-2.1 - bin - Default - Products - doc - import - lib - python - skel.where 'Plone-2.1' is the Zope root, 'Default' is a Zope instance, and 'Products' contains the folders extracted from the Plone tarball.
This is an unofficial installation package. PLEASE don't report any problems related to the installation package to Voodoo team. The Voodoo team is responsible for the boot loader itself only. Use at your own risk Changes since RC3: Fixed booting the default partition when using timeout. Added Intel Core i5 detection. Applied rivig's patch against all stage 1 loaders. Now linear address mapping uses 12 bit offsets.

Hello Enzo, I just need to verify that you are issuing the following command: sudo /Applications/Plone-2.1/Default/bin/zopectl start That's sudo.

Thank you for your great work. I have seen me getting grey hair installing this by myself. Hi Frank, That's great to hear. I appreciate your feedback, and I'm glad the installer saved you some frustration. Would you be willing to provide a German translation of the welcome and readme files for the installer?
Installing Plone on Windows ¶. By far the easiest way to install on Windows is to use the binary installer provided on plone.org. This installation is adequate for Python development. In response to Collector issue 4465, I've taken a (rather humble) stab at creating a Mac OS X Installer for Plone 2.1 (RC3 at the time of this writing) and made it available at the following temporary location. The RC3 files were the one’s downloaded via the Beta program, the same as the Beta 12 files. I did the download again for both releases just to make sure and the files are exactly the same as before (OSCA 0.18 for RC3 and 0.17 for Beta12). We don't have any change log information yet for version 2.2.0 RC3 of Apache OpenOffice.Sometimes publishers take a little while to make this information available, so please check back in a few days to see if it has been updated.

Any suggestions? Anyone using tigris.org? > > - Kamal Hi Kamal. Is probably the right place. In both cases you need to tell us your plone.org username.
